Lafayette, LA – H2O, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Cedar City, UT based PEPCON® Systems, a global leader in advanced electrochlorination systems.
“With nearly a 50-year track record and strong installed base, PEPCON Systems is a natural fit for H2O and complements our portfolio of topside water treatment,” said Jess Fike, H2O president and CEO. “With PEPCON, we can strengthen our electrochlorination offering and extend our reach to new geographies and applications.”
PEPCON’s electrolytic systems are widely used in the offshore, power generation and municipal markets to generate sodium hypochlorite on-site, eliminating the hazards and expenses associated with the transportation, storage and handling of highly regulated chlorine gas and concentrated commercial bleach.
