H2O is an OEM that designs and builds custom water treatment systems for the global offshore oil and gas industry. Our clients are the major oil and gas producers like BP, Chevron, Petrobras etc. These clients have detailed engineering specifications that must be followed for equipment supplied to them. They work with engineering and procurement companies (EPCs) like Wood Group, Worley, Saipem etc. to review documents supplied by the OEM and ensure their clients specifications are followed. Our point of contact is typically this EPC firm.

As the Engineering Manager, you'll be a senior leader responsible for guiding our team to ensure the successful execution of projects and the continuous growth of our capabilities. You'll play a pivotal role in planning, testing, and deploying new products to our valued clients. Your contributions will be vital in achieving product success and fostering a culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage engineering resources to design and develop custom products that meet project requirements.
- Streamline and improve our engineering processes, driving efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure that minimum qualifications and training requirements are met for the role.
Qualifications, Training & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing engineers and project management in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management best practices, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable.
