FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Can you match our old tie-in points?
Every retrofit starts with a tie-in survey. We record exact nozzle size, type, orientation, and height so your replacement matches without hot work or rework.
What lead time for emergency replacements?
Standard lead times run 12–16 weeks, but in emergencies we can pre-stage modules and ship partial systems to restore water in as little as 4–6 weeks. We’ll work with your outage window to prioritize what gets installed first.
What spares should we stock?
We recommend a core kit: cartridge filters, high-pressure pump seals, membrane elements, and instrument sensors. For critical operations, we also suggest a standby high-pressure pump and full O-ring/gasket set.
Do you provide HazLoc certification?
The base system is safe-area rated. Optional upgrades are available for CSA Class/Zone Div 2 and IECEx Zone 2, with or without third-party certification depending on your project requirements.
How long does installation take offshore?
Most modular replacements are installed and producing water within a single shift once tie-in utilities are prepped. The hatchable design avoids multi-day crane operations and minimizes downtime.
Can rotating crews operate it without special training?
Yes. Controls are simplified for rotating crews. Each install includes onboard familiarization plus 24/7 access to digital training resources and videos through our 360Support portal.
What’s the expected service life?
Bluecube modules are engineered for 20+ years of offshore duty when maintained per the O&M manual. Corrosion-resistant materials and coatings are specified to meet harsh marine conditions.
