BLUECUBE REVERSE OSMOSIS WATERMAKERS
Spec-compliant RO skids that sail through EPC reviews. Engineered with full documentation, certified lifting, and spec-driven design for shipyards and new platforms.
When you’re managing a greenfield package, the last thing you need is another vendor who creates rework, drags out reviews, or misses key deliverables. Bluecube RO watermakers are engineered as single-lift skids designed for topside integration — with nozzles, tie-ins, and layouts aligned in 3D before fabrication. Every package comes with a complete SDRL/VDRL submission, ITPs, FAT procedures, and certified lifting calcs included from the start. That means fewer RFIs, smoother model fit, and submittals that clear on the first pass — so your schedule stays intact and water is delivered exactly as spec’d. Behind this delivery is our RapidFlow Development Process — a modular, parallel engineering approach that allows multiple teams to progress design, fabrication, and testing concurrently. This compresses lead times, reduces bottlenecks, and gives you confidence that submittals will clear gates on the first pass and the skid will arrive ready for installation. The result: fewer RFIs, smoother model fit, and water delivered exactly as spec’d, exactly when needed.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
What information do you need from us to size the system correctly?
Simply send us your project specifications. A sales engineer will review them in detail and prepare a full technical and commercial proposal, ensuring the system is designed to meet all requirements.
Can you match our project SDRL/VDRL and documentation requirements?
Yes. Every package is delivered through the RapidFlow Development Process, which ensures documentation is gate-ready. We provide GA drawings, P&IDs, ITPs, FAT procedures, and can align with your project-specific SDRL/VDRL.
How do you handle hazardous area requirements?
Systems are available in safe area or HazLoc-rated designs (Class 1, Div. 2, Groups C & D / Zone 2 IIC). We also provide third-party certification (Intertek, UL, CSA) as required by project specifications.
Can the skid be engineered for shipyard single-lift installation?
Yes. Offshore-duty skids are standard. They include certified pad eyes, lifting lugs, top-side motion calculations, and pull testing, with optional DNV 2.7-1 certification available if required.
What potable water quality assurance is included?
All systems include continuous salinity monitoring with auto-reject above 500 ppm. For potable service, the Basic or Advanced Potable Water Package provides disinfection, remineralization, and corrosion protection
How is FAT handled?
Each unit undergoes module-level testing followed by integrated FAT. Client-witness FAT is available, and third-party approvals (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s) can be arranged in line with project needs.
What lead times should we expect?
Lead times depend on capacity and project complexity. Standard units can be delivered on compressed schedules thanks to the RapidFlow process, which allows parallel engineering, procurement, and testing.
